Tethr offers a comprehensive approach to connected care services, enabling seamless collaboration among members of your care circle, which may include family, primary care providers, and health specialists. The application serves as a centralized tool for collecting and managing various aspects of your healthcare information.

Users can easily access and consolidate daily wellness metrics, such as steps taken, heart rate, blood pressure, weight, and glucose levels, along with data from other compatible wearables. This functionality enhances the user's ability to engage with their care team, facilitating timely feedback and support in their health management journey.

Integrating with Apple Health through the HealthKit framework, the app gathers comprehensive health metrics including:

 <li>Sleep data</li>
 <li>Daily step count</li>
 <li>Blood pressure records</li>
</ul>

Noteworthy features include:

 <li>Tracking daily vitals using devices such as:</li>
 <ul>
 <li>iHealth Blood Pressure Device for blood pressure</li>
 <li>iHealth Pulse Oximeter for oxygen saturation</li>
 <li>iHealth Glucometer for glucose levels</li>

 <li>Tracking additional metrics like steps, calories burned, heart rate (BPM), and sleep through devices connected to Apple Health, Fitbit, or Google Fit.</li>
 <li>A history log for vital statistics.</li>
 <li>The ability to manually input vital statistics for blood pressure, oxygen saturation, glucose levels, sleep duration, weight, and body temperature.</li>
 <li>A communication feature that allows users to connect with their care team via video calls and messages, including the option to schedule appointments within the app.</li>
 <li>A task management feature that lets users create "To-Do" notes that appear on the dashboard at their designated start times.</li>
 <li>Integrated push notifications to keep users informed about appointment requests and reminders.</li>
